Our personal care activities and practices are designed to help our clients maintain their physical and mental health and well-being. This can include things like hygiene, grooming, exercise, eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, stress management, and seeking medical attention when necessary

Personal care is an essential aspect of maintaining good physical and mental health, and it can help individuals feel better about themselves and their lives.

  • Taking regular showers or baths; brushing and flossing teeth daily; hand washing; and using sunscreen to protect skin from UV rays.
  • Regular physical activity, such as walking, jogging, or swimming.
  • Consuming a well-balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
  • Getting enough rest every night.
  • Managing stress through meditation, deep breathing, or other relaxation techniques; and 
  • Seeking medical attention if you are sick or have symptoms of an illness or injury.

Sharon Health Services is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, with an On-Call Person to answer your questions and attend to your needs.
